Certain plants in the aloe-aloe collection are being test marketed in Australia under the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994 and others have had their applications “Accepted”.

Unauthorised commercial propagation or any sale, conditioning, export, import or stocking of propagation material of this variety is an infringement under the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994

All trademarks are claimed and owned by Aloe-Aloe Horticulture Pty Ltd in Trust for the Dent Family Trust
